UK Vaping
Products Duty
What you need to know
From 1 October 2026, the UK Government will introduce a Vaping Products Duty that applies to all vape liquids, including nicotine-free products. Under the new rules, every individual retail unit must display a Vaping Duty Stamp to confirm that the correct duty has been paid.
The duty framework follows a similar structure to existing alcohol and tobacco excise systems, with the aim of improving transparency, ensuring compliance, and creating a more consistent and regulated vaping market.
